Personal Information

Dr. Hoenes brings enormous experience and training to Northside Pediatrics. She dreamed of being a pediatrician from the age of four and has loved fulfilling that dream through many years of rigorous training and practice. Dr. Hoenes grew up in Jonesboro, Georgia, and graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology. She earned her Doctor of Medicine Degree at Mercer University School of Medicine and then spent another five years of training in Pediatrics and Neurology at the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital/University of Cincinnati. Dr. Hoenes returned to Middle Georgia in 2012. She is known for her tenderness and compassion, as well as being an excellent physician.

Personal Information

Caitlin attended the University of Georgia for her undergraduate studies and received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Pediatric Nursing from Emory University. She has vast experience in Primary Care, Pulmonology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Hematology, and Oncology.

Caitlin moved to Macon in 2012 with her husband Clay, their three girls (Cayla, Callie, and Charley Kate), and her stepson (Clayton). In her free time, Caitlin enjoys Orangetheory, traveling, going to concerts, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs. She is excited to join Northside Pediatrics and help your children grow and thrive.
